Experience from God

Psalms 21:2

            You have given him his heart's desire, and have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah

            Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

            I feel lead from the Lord to share some experiences, healings, and miracles that have happened in my life.  I am 51 years old and most of my life has been lived serving the Lord Jesus Christ.  I was raised by wonderful parents that God was number one in their life.  At a very young age I was drawn by the Spirit of God to Him and have always desired spiritual things.  I wanted to be a ventriloquist working with puppets, evangelize, and sing, I have done so since a young girl never knowing that God had a great purpose that would lead me someday to pastor a church in Medon, TN which is seven miles out of Jackson, TN.  I have been in Medon pastoring almost seven years. 

            I want to share what God has done for me and others in my church. I will be writing as I feel lead by the spirit from God to share.  It is important to share with you what God has done in my life and others, He truly is my everything.  He doesn’t always call the qualified but qualifies the called.  My prayer is this will build your faith and you will become a stronger Christian from reading about some of the experiences I and members in my church have had.

            For the next 30 days I plan to put into writing what I am feeling.  I wake up everyday to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and the journey gets sweeter everyday.  I am committed with no turning back.

            When I was about five years old I was in a service in a church my Father was the minister of for 27 years.  I was only six months when he was lead by God to start Faith Tabernacle on East Chester St. in Jackson, TN.  When I was very young I felt God tug at my heart so strong I went to my Mother and told her my heart hurts, she carried me to the altar.  It is as real to me today and I will never forget the experience that God placed in my heart and nothing else will ever come close to what God placed in me.  I haven’t always served him like I should but I could never get away from that first experience and know God had a special purpose and destiny in my life.  He has never asked me to do anything or go anywhere the he didn’t go before me and prepare the way.
