CHILD LIKE FAITH:                                                         

 1 Timothy 4:12

            Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

            And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

            For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

   Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

 John 14:14

   If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

             Just this week I am reminded when I was a young girl in the third grade I had a friend who liked to pull my pony tail; we played together on the play ground.  I will never forget his name Bobby, he probably doesn’t even remember this but he took my hand one day and I had a big wart between my thumb and index finger on top of my hand, he immediately dropped my hand of course all the time saying “Yuck”.  I was so hurt and embarrassed.  The next service at church my father which was also the pastor of the church, Rev. H. V. Hodge was leading us in prayer and said you don’t even have to come up for prayer God can heal you right where you are, with child like faith I took my other hand laid it on the wart and asked God to take it away it was immediately gone.  I was standing by my precious Mother; she took me up front to give God praise.  I am 51 years old and have never had any sign of a wart since.  “Thank you Jesus”.  Anything you ask in my name in faith believing you shall receive, and that name is Jesus.
